Design Consultations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Room Refresh & Signature Room Design

• Due to the customized nature of design services, refunds are not available once design work has begun.
• If a project has not yet started, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
